Coronavirus Communication Update

To Our Clients,

Our top priority remains with the health and safety of our clients and our staff, during the coronavirus outbreak and flu season in general. As we have mentioned in earlier communications, we at Polk have invested significantly in order to take advantage of improvements in technology and Go Green. An additional advantage of this effort is that during flu season we are positioned to still serve you in a way that minimizes the need for physical exposure and the risk of contracting the flu.

If you are concerned about the risk of contracting the flu through contact with anyone in our offices, we would like to remind you of the following alternative “virtual” methods to exchange information, have meetings, and communicate in general.

  • Video meetings through any device (smart phone, tablet, laptop or computer with camera) through a “Zoom” connection provided by us.
  • Transmission of returns and documents through our “ShareFile” secure portal.
  • Remote electronic signing of returns and other documents via “Docusign”
  • For our business clients, MS Teams groups video and chatting, if you have a subscription to MS Teams.
  • And as always by phone and email

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and will continually look to improve service to you under all circumstances. The above virtual tools are available during this season and year-round if you desire.
